City of Bristol Tennessee’s Department of Parks and Recreation and The Pinnacle invite you to finish your week with a little peace and tranquility all while enjoying the outdoors and the region’s newest retail destination. Classes will begin Friday, July 10 and continue each Friday until the last Friday in August. The class is Vinyasa based, and will focus on moving and breathing. No prior yoga experience is necessary; this class is perfect for beginners. Whether you’ve never given yoga a try, but have always wanted to, or if yoga is your favorite form of exercising, join us for the free class overlooking the beautiful Pinnacle Lake.
All skill levels are invited, the only thing you will need is your own yoga mat or beach towel. Sessions are instructed by Jenny Nichols and are FREE for the entire family.
