Dog days of summer is about to roll around again and we all know that means it is time to open the city’s Haynesfield Pool to the dogs. The Parks and Recreation Department will hold its 6th Annual Doggie Swim days from Tuesday, September 8 through Friday September 11 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, September 12 from Noon to 4:00 PM.
Admission for the swim is $3 per dog. There is a limit of two dogs per owner. There is no admission fee for people, just the dogs. For more information on the rules for the Doggie Swim contact Mike Musick at 423-764-4023 or go to www.bristoltn.org and click on Doggie Swim.
