“I love Bristol already. I am amazed by the Bristol Motor Speedway and am looking forward to touring the facility. I love the downtown, it is so walkable. I love the artists’ murals that appear on some of the buildings, the historic feel of downtown is amazing. The people here seem so genuinely open, warm, and hospitable. I love the fact that I now live in the Birthplace of Country Music,” stated Rose when asked what he thought of the city.
Rose likes to fish and play golf in his leisure time. He and his wife have five children ranging in ages 5 months to 9 years old.
