Please be advised that mid-morning on Tuesday, April 11, 2017, the traffic signal, now operating at the intersection of East State Street and Georgia Avenue, will be placed in “flash” mode. STOP signs will be installed on both Georgia Avenue approaches. East State Street will function as the through street after this change is made. The traffic signal will continue to operate in “flash” mode to provide guidance for the motoring public through this transition period.
Questions concerning this change in traffic control should be directed to David Metzger, Traffic Engineer, at (423) 989-5522.
