Most City of Bristol offices and operations will be closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 29, 2017. All offices will re-open on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 for normal business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bristol residents are asked to please make note of the changes in operations below:
- Garbage collection normally scheduled for Monday, May 29 will be collected on Wednesday, May 31.
- Transit busses will not operate on Monday, May 29 but will resume their normal schedule on Tuesday, May 30.
- Job Access will be operational on Monday, May 29. If transportation is needed please contact the Job Access number (423-989-5586) for an appointment. Your call will be answered by an automated attendant, at the prompt press 1 and leave a message.
- The City’s emergency services will operate on their normal 24/7 schedule.
