The City of Bristol, Tennessee has an app that can be downloaded using any smart phone or device.
The app allows you to do many things, but the newest addition is one that many people have been waiting for. Now you may pay your utility bill or your property taxes with the My Bristol TN app. “We try to keep our city app up to date with all the new functions, especially ones that are most requested. It only seemed reasonable that, when we began to take online payments, we add this service to our app,” said Terrie Talbert, Director of Community Relations for the city.
There are other things available to the public that are just one click away as well. One may click on the City’s Transit Route to see where transportation is available and the hours of operation. If you have a need for service that is not an emergency, or you wish to make a comment, one may click on the City’s Request Tracker icon and do so there.
“We’re edging toward one thousand app users and hope this will bring more people to the platform. An app such as this just makes life so much simpler,” Talbert continued.
