[ARCHIVED] 08/23/17 Employer registration now open for Bristol Hiring Expo

Employers may now reserve their spot to participate in the next Bristol Hiring Expo on Thursday, September 21st. The event, hosted by the City of Bristol, Tennessee, seeks to connect local employers with job-seekers from throughout the region. Previous expos in May and October of last year saw a total of nearly 2,500 job-seekers in attendance, with more than 40 employers on site at each event.

Exhibit space is available to employers located in Bristol, Tennessee, with limited additional space available to other Sullivan County employers. “With the additional support of NETWORKS Sullivan Partnership and other economic development partners in our community, we’re able to extend the reach of this event beyond Bristol to include space for manufacturers and other industrial tenants from throughout the county,” said Economic Development Director Tom Anderson. Employers are welcome to recruit for currently available full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal positions.

The Bristol Hiring Expo will take place on Thursday, September 21st from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM at the Bristol Motor Speedway South Building (formerly Peerless Woodworking). The deadline for employer registration is Friday, September 15th, and can be completed online at www.bristoltn.org or over the phone at 423-764-4171. Registration includes an 8-foot table, WiFi access, use of private interview rooms, a business center, and lunch for representatives in attendance.
