From office supplies to heavy equipment, a broad spectrum of resources is needed to keep a city the size of Bristol, Tennessee running from day to day. The city’s purchasing division continually seeks out new vendors with the capabilities to provide quality services and supplies to fulfill those needs, utilizing an e-procurement system to allow for web-based vendor registration and bid management.
On Wednesday, July 25, 2018, the procurement team will host a meeting at 3:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex, located at 104 8th Street. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the procurement staff to meet face to face with prospective vendors in order to supply them with information that they may need in order to register as a vendor for the city. Staff will also be available to answer any questions that current vendors may have.
