In his new position Luttrell will be responsible for promoting Bristol as a viable option for locations of business/industry and to aid existing business to maintain and expand in Bristol.   He will administer various programs related to economic development and will be responsible for the preparation of plans related to the new Redevelopment District recently designated by the Bristol Tennessee City Council.

Luttrell commented on his promotion saying, “Bristol is my home.  I consider myself extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to serve the city by helping to build stronger relationships with Bristol’s citizens and our business community.  Now, I look forward to shifting my full focus toward ensuring the continued growth and property of my hometown for a generation to come.”

Luttrell has a MBA in Project Management from King University and is currently pursuing his MPA at Clemson University.
