[ARCHIVED] 9-21-18 City residents offered array of payment options

The residents of Bristol have come to expect the best in municipal services and to that end the City has added online bill pay services for convenience.  The City provides an array of options for payments of property taxes, utility bills and city traffic citations.  Residents may visit www.bristoltn.org/paynow to view all available payment options.

Utility and Property Tax customers may make payments online via www.bristoltn.org/paynow, pay by phone, utilize the postal service by mailing your payment to P.O. Box 1348, Bristol, Tennessee 37621, pay in person at 801 Anderson Street Room 203, drop payments after hours in a payment drop box located at City Hall on 8th Street, or sign up for a bank draft option. Additional fees will apply when paying with a credit card in the office, online, or over the phone.  City traffic citations may be paid online via www.bristoltn.org/paynow.  Citations may be located using the citation number, driver’s license number, or vehicle license plate number.   Traffic citations may also be paid in person with cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, or credit card in Room 203 at City Hall.  Payments are also accepted by mail to P.O. Box 1189,  Bristol, TN 37621 or drop payments in the after hour drop box located on the 8th Street side of City Hall. Additional fees will apply when paying with a credit card in the office or online.
