City of Bristol offices will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2019 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Bristol residents are being asked to take note of the following changes in City services:
- Refuse Collection: Collection normally scheduled for Monday, January 21 will be picked up on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.
- Transportation Services: Transit buses along with Para Transit will not be operating on Monday, January 21, but will return to normal operations on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
- Job Access: Vans for Job Access will operate on a normal schedule on Monday, January 21, 2019.
- Emergency Services: Both Fire and Police will be operational 24/7 during the day of observance. Life-threatening or in-progress emergencies may be reached by calling 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, please call 423-989-5600.
If you should have a service request while offices are closed please complete an online service request by visiting the City’s website at www.bristoltn.org, click the Request Tracker icon at the top of the page. All requests for City services will be addressed the next business day.
