Color up your best Easter egg using any materials and medium you want. You can decorate an actual egg. You can draw an egg on a piece of paper, paint it on canvas, paper mache, or craft it from construction paper or cardboard. Color it with crayons, markers, paints, or pencils. It can be whatever size you want and whatever materials you want. This is your chance to be creative! The only requirement is that it must be your own individual original work. After you have crafted your masterpiece, take a digital picture and submit it here. Entries can be submitted in the following categories:
Pre-K ages 4 years old and under
K – 1st grade
2nd & 3rd grade
4th & 5th grade
Middle School 6th – 8th grade
High School 9th – 12th grade
Adult ages 18 – 59
Seniors ages 60 and above
Entries will be judged, and 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners will be awarded ribbons in each division. In addition to a ribbon, 1st place winners will receive a special gift. Deadline for entering is Wednesday, April 8, at midnight. Submissions will be posted on the City of Bristol, Tennessee website as well as other social media formats. By submitting your entry you agree to let the picture of your artistic creation to be featured on the City of Bristol, Tennessee website and / or social media page. So get hopping and create your egg-straordinary masterpiece!
