Bristol Tennessee Transit has been awarded a $455,806 federal grant through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act approved by Congress and signed into law in March.
The grant requires no local matching funds and will be used for Transit operating expenses. The Bristol Tennessee Transit offers fixed route service from 6:15 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
