The City of Bristol, Tennessee’s procurement team will host a one-hour session on Thursday, June 16, at 9 a.m. to provide information about the City’s electronic procurement system to prospective vendors and answer questions from existing vendors. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex, 104 8th Street.

A broad spectrum of resources that includes everything from office supplies to heavy equipment is needed to keep the City running from day to day. This session is one step in the City’s ongoing efforts to seek out new vendors to provide quality services and supplies to fulfill those needs.

Those unable to attend the June 16 session are invited to contact Purchasing Agent Tyler Gillenwater at 423-989-5528 or email [email protected] Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
